Práce se zabývá dopadem pravidel EU na oblast koncepce rozvojové spolupráce České republiky, Maďarska, Polska, Slovenské republiky a Slovinska. The thesis deals with the impact of the EU rules on the sphere of the conception of development cooperation of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, the Slovak Republic, and Slovenia.
