Career and activity of foreigners in the labour market in the Děčín region in connection with the Czech Republic´s entry to the European Union.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice působení zahraničních pracovníků na trhu práce v okrese Děčín v období let 2002 až 2006. V první části práce je představena teoretická část daného tématu. Jsou zde blíže popsány pojmy, se kterými v práci pracuji. Druhá část je věnována legislativním postupům dané problematiky a zároveň její vývoj v důsledku vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. Třetí část obsahuje podrobnou analýzu dat působení zahraničních pracovníků v daném okrese a ve sledovaném období. Čtvrtá část obsahuje praktické pohledy zaměstnavatelů i zahraničních pracovníků na zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Součástí je i zpracování dotazníkového šetření a poslední část je věnována problematice nelegálního zaměstnávání cizinců. Hlavním cílem této práce je zpracování problematiky cizinců působících v okrese Děčín za účelem zaměstnání v letech 2002 až 2006 a stanovení předpokladu o charakteru vývoje působení cizinců na trhu práce v okrese Děčín v dalších letech, včetně posouzení, zda se počty imigrujících cizinců za účelem zaměstnání projevují na vývoji nezaměstnanosti v okrese Děčín. K této práci využiji dostupné statistické údaje i vlastní poznatky a šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s work disserts on the issues of activity of the foreign workers on the job market in Děčín region through the years 2002 and 2006. In the first section there is introduced the theoretic part of the given topic. There are closely defined terms, which are being used in this work. Second section is dedicated to legislative procedures of the given issues and also its progress in consequence with Czech republic´s entry into EU. Third section contains detailed data´s analysis of the foreign workers ´s activity in the given region and in the period under consideration. Fourth section contains practical views of employers and foreign workers´s view of employment in Czech republic. Fifth section contains elaboration of a survey and last section is dedicated to the issue of an ilegal emloyment of the foreigners. Main goal of this work is to achieve an elaboration of the issue of the foreigners employed in Děčín region during the years 2002 and 2006 and determine presumption of the character of the progress of acting of foreigners on the job market in Děčín region in the years to come, including assessment whether the numbers of immigrating foreigners in order to get employed influence in any way unemployment in Děčín. For this work I´m going to use accesible statistics details and my own knowledge and investigation.
