Prognostic and predictive markers in oncogynecology
Abstract:
Dizertační práce je věnována vybraným novým prognostickým a prediktivním mar-kerům u gynekologických zhoubných nádorů. Formou komentovaného souboru pu-blikovaných prací předkládá výsledky výzkumu o významu markerů L1CAM, p53, ER, PR a DJ1 u karcinomu endometria a potenciálním novém prediktivním markeru SLFN11 u karcinomu ovaria.
Abstract:
The doctoral thesis aims to explain the role of the selected new prognostic and pre-dictive markers in gynaecological cancers. The research findings on the clinical sig-nificance of L1CAM, p53, ER, PR and DJ1 in endometrial cancer as well as SLFN11 as a potential new predictive marker in ovarian cancer are presented in the form of an annotated collection of already published works.
