Smyslem této bakalářské práce je vyčíslení hodnoty obchodní společnosti Inteka, s.r.o. První její část je věnována teoretickému vymezení postupů jednotlivých relevantních metod při oceňování podniků. Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is measuring the value of a company called Inteka, s.r.o. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of procedures in the relevant methods of valuation of the enterprises. The developing of a strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and financial plan is followed by applying those methods to the calculation itself in the second part of the study.
