Food Dyes
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá barvivy, která se používají jako přídatné látky do potravin a jsou označovány E kódy. První část této práce je věnována základním skupinám barviv přidávaných do potravin, je popsána jejich charakteristika, výskyt, zdroje, vliv na člověka během konzumace. V další části jsou popsány nejčastěji používané metody stanovení barviv v potravinách.
Abstract:
Presented thesis focuses on food dyes that are added to foods and are marked by E codes. In the first part basic characteristics of the food dyes are mentioned, its presence, sources, effects on human health during the consumption. The next part of the thesis is about the most common methods used for determination of food dyes.
