Abstract:

Práce se zabývá optimalizováním výroby ložiskových kroužků. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebírány technologie soustružení, kdy jsou v rámci kapitoly popisovány podavačky kulatin. Dále je probíráno tepelné zpracovávání ocelí a vliv způsobu zpracování oceli na přesnost výrobků. V kapitole broušení jsou popsány způsoby broušení. Aplikační část se zabývá optimalizováním výrobního procesu, součástí kapitoly je rovněž výpočet způsobilostí procesu, dále analýza dat, porovnání výsledků způsobilostí před optimalizací a po optimalizaci, výpočet ekonomického přínosu.

Abstract:

The work deals with optimizing the production of bearing rings. Turning technologies are discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis, where log feeders are described within the chapter. The heat treatment of steels and the influence of the method of steel processing on the accuracy of the products are also discussed. Grinding methods are described in the grinding chapter. The application part deals with the optimization of the production process, the chapter also includes the calculation of process capabilities, further data analysis, results of comparison of capabilities before optimization and after optimization, calculation of economic benefit.
