Expansion of the juice bar
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na vypracování podnikatelského záměru rozšíření provozovny reálného juice baru. Teoretická část je zaměřena na formální obsah práce a seznámení s danou problematikou. Praktická část detailně rozebírá konkrétní jednotlivé aspekty od finančního plánování po marketingovou strategii. Cílem práce je zjistit potenciální příležitosti a hrozby pro stabilní fungování podniku.
Abstract:
This thesis is aimed on processing of business plan for an extension of a real juice bar. The theoretical part is meant to familiarize with the business plan and a structure of the business plan. The practical part discusses in detail the specific aspects from financial planning to marketing strategy.
