Project prediction of household debt in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá predikcí vývoje a struktury zadluženosti domácností v České republice na základě vývoje faktorů, které ji nejvíce ovlivňují. Teoretická část je věnována popisu bankovního systému a právního rámce poskytování úvěrů v České repub-lice. Praktická část nejprve analyzuje vývoj a strukturu dluhů domácností od roku 1997 doposud s přihlédnutím na současnou ekonomickou krizi. Další část stanovuje míru závis-losti mezi vývojem vybraných makroekonomických faktorů a vývojem zadluženosti do-mácností. Na jejím základě je předikován vývoj struktury zadluženosti domácností v násle-dujících letech.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the prediction of progression and structure of household debt in the Czech Republic based on the development of factors which most influence the household debt. The theoretical part is devoted to describing the banking system and laws for lending loans in the Czech republic. The practical part first analyzes the progression and structure of household debt from 1997 till this time, taking into account the current economic crisis. Another part determines the dependence between changes in selected macroeconomic fac-tors and the progression of household debt. On that base is predicted the progression of household indebtedness in the following years.
