Práca sa zaoberá aplikáciou diferenciálnych rovníc v diferenciálnej geometrii kriviek. Začína sa úvodom do teórie diferenciálnych rovníc. Ďalej sa zoznámime so základnými metódami riešenia diferenciálnych rovníc 1. rádu v explicitnom i implicitnom tvare, so základnou teóriou geometrie kriviek, ktoré sú potrebné pri štúdiu aplikácií diferenciálnych rovníc.
