Abstract:
Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce bylo představit regionální strany ve Velké Britániii a Itálii. Na základě vybraných případů potom najít obecné vzory či rozdílnosti. Následně strany zhodnotit a porovnat. Pro regionální strany jsou důležité institucionální podmkínky. Těm se ve své práci také věnuji. Decentralizaci vnímám jako klíčový proces pro vznik arén vhodných pro fungování regionálních stran. V …more

Main goal of this diploma thesis was to introduce regional parties in the United Kingdom and Italy. Based on these examples I wanted to find some general patterns or differences and compare them. For regional parties, the institutional conditions play an important role. Particularly good conditions can be found in decentralized states.
