Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje okolí podniku Severočeské doly, a.s.. Hlavní činností tohoto podniku je těžba, zpracování a odbyt hnědého uhlí a doprovodných surovin. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a analytické. Pro analýzu vnitřního prostředí jsem použila analýzu 7S. Pro analýzu mikrookolí je použita Porterova analýza pěti sil a pro analýzu makrookolí je použita PESTLE analýza. …more

The bachelor's thesis analyses a business environment of the company Severočeské doly, a. s.. The company's core business is the excavation, processing, and sale of brown coal and associated raw materials. The thesis has two parts, theoretic and analytic. 7S analysis is used to analyse the internal business environment.
