Abstract:

Práce se věnuje výrobnímu controllingu ve společnosti Škoda Power, s.r.o., která je předním evropským výrobcem parních turbín, turbosoustrojí a strojoven. Cílem práce je popsat obecné principy výrobního controllingu ve společnosti a následná analýza získaných dat, včetně návrhů na zlepšení procesů. Podstatou práce je praktická část, kterou zahajuje představení společnosti Škoda Power, s.r.o. Shrnuje základní informace o společnosti, historii podniku, finančním postavení a výhledu do budoucna v závislosti na vývoji trhu energetiky. Dále se práce zabývá výrobním controllingem ve společnosti, charakterizuje základní pojmy a procesy v této oblasti. Zajímavý pohled přináší srovnání procesů controllingu v minulosti a dnes. Se současným přístupem je úzce spjata implementace projektu evidence práce prostřednictvím čárového kódu. Závěr práce se zabývá případovou studií, která analyzuje získaná data. Součástí studie jsou také zjištěné nedostatky v procesech společnosti a návrhy na jejich eliminaci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the production controlling in the company Škoda Power, s.r.o., which is a leading European manufacturer of steam turbines, turbo-sets and engine rooms. The aim of the thesis is to describe the general principles of production controlling in the company and subsequently to analyse the gathered data including suggestions on how to improve the processes. The core of the thesis is the practical part which begins with the presentation of the company Škoda Power, s.r.o. It sums up the basic information about the company, the history of the company, its financial position and its future prospects depending on the development of the power industry market. Besides, the thesis deals with the production controlling in the company, defines the basic concepts and processes in this field. Another interesting point is a comparison of controlling processes in the past and today. The present approach is connected closely with the project of workload evidence by means of barcode. The conclusion of the thesis deals with a case study which analyses the gathered data. The study also includes discovered deficiencies in the processes of the company and suggestions on how to eliminate them.
