Abstract:
This bachelor thesis evaluates the impact of automatic stabilisers of fiscal policy on the mitigation of the economic downturn caused by the coronavirus pandemic in the Czech Republic. The thesis includes review of literature supplemented by an examination of the economic development during 2019-2021, which compares the pre-pandemic and pandemic periods.
