Abstract:
V diplomové práci byla sledována kvalita kojenecké vody Horský pramen. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé úlohy vody v lidském těle, její fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti a popis sledovaných mikroorganismů. V praktické části bylo prováděno mikrobiologické vyšetření a stanovení fyzikálně-chemických vlastností. Tyto parametry byly měřeny v průběhu výroby kojenecké vody po dobu 6 měsíců, a to od …more

The theoretical part describes the different roles of water in the human body, its physico-chemical properties and the presen-ce of specific microorganisms.
