X-ray fluorescence analysis and its application in archeology
Abstract:
Práce se zaobírá přiblížením principu rentgenové fluorescenční analýzy (RFA) a jejím využitím v archeologii. Je zde též uveden popis metod odvozených od RFA. Předmětem zkoumání jsou možnosti využití v archeologii. Jsou připojeny příklady možných interpretací a využití v praxi.
Abstract:
Topic of my work is explain the operating principle of the methods based on X-ray focusing on the X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRFA). They are used to study archaeological findings and the result is elemental analysis. Work should indicate to the possibility of using this method in archeology.
