The influence of family on prisoners recidivism
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá tím, do jaké míry ovlivňuje rodina uvězněného jeho minulou i možnou budoucí recidivu. Zkoumá konkrétní typologie pachatelů a zda se dá odlišit pachatel – recidivista od pachatele nerecidivisty, jak se mění hodnoty odsouzeného v průběhu jeho uvěznění, jak je ovlivňují návštěvy během uvěznění a možnost udržet si kontakt s rodinou. This thesis is about how the family affects past and future possible recidivism of an offender. It investigates the typology of offenders and if it is possible to recognize non-recidivism offender and recidivism offender.
