Bakalářská práce shrnuje rozštěpovou vadu od jejího vzniku, přes multidisciplinární spolupráci odborníků až po opatření v ordinaci dentální hygienistky. Klade velký důraz na prevenci, spolupráci s dentální hygienistkou a vytyčuje základní problémy provádění ústní hygieny v důsledku rozštěpové vady.
