Characteristics of networks of catering establishments in the Central Region (municipalities and towns in the district Benešov from S - Z)

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je na základě osobního šetření zmapovat síť gastronomických provozoven ve vymezené lokalitě - města a obce ve Středočeském kraji v okrese Benešov od Š do Z. Účelem je sběr informací k průzkumu, statistice a zjištění rázu podniků. Sesbíraná data jsem využila k návrhu na zlepšení dané situace v provozovnách. V první části bakalářské práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti veřejného stravování. Druhou část práce tvoří údaje o metodice, charakteristika zkoumaného vzorku, způsob provedení šetření, formulace hypotéz a diskuze. Dále pak kvantitativní analýza provozoven ve Středočeském kraji v okrese Benešov a to v obcích od Š-Z.Dále pomocí získaných poznatků a dat na základě osobního šetření v pohostinských provozovnách a na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a provozovateli byl sestaven finální přehled v podobě tabulky a byly navrženy metody pro zlepšení dané situace v provozovnách.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is based on personal survey, the restaurant chain in the designated location - city and municipality in the Central Region district Benešov from S to Z. The purpose is to collect information for research, statistics and findings impact businesses. I used the data collected on a proposal to improve the situation in the premises. In the first part of this paper the basic concepts of public catering. The second part of the thesis consists of the methodology, characteristics of the sample, the method of the investigation, hypothesis formulation and discussions. Furthermore, quantitative analysis of establishments in the Central Region in the Beneš district and the municipalities of W-Z. With the acquired knowledge and data on a personal investigation in catering establishments and based on interviews with employees and operators of the final survey was compiled in table form and methods have been proposed to improve the situation in the premises.
