Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Zpětná vazba od zákazníků jako zdroj inovací“ je prepojenie témy spätná väzba a témy inovácie vo vybranom IT podniku. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie práce, konkrétne na definovanie pojmu inovácia, inovačných stupňov či ďalšie nevyhnutné pojmy ohľadom vývoja softvéru a priorizovania spätnej väzby.
