Perception, Communication and Interaction in the Court Room

Abstract:

Procesy percepce, komunikace a interakce se projevují nejen v běžném životě každého z nás při kontaktu s jinými lidmi, ale jsou přítomny i při soudním jednání v soudní síni, protože i tam se setkává člověk s člověkem. Svou pozornost budu věnovat výslechu v trestním řízení, protože právě při dokazování v soudní síni dochází k percepci, komunikaci a interakci mezi vyslýchajícím (nejčastěji to bude soudce, resp. předseda senátu) a vyslýchaným.

Abstract:

The theme of my thesis is Perception, Communication and Interaction in the Courtroom. As the chosen topic indicates, my aim is to concentrate on the stage of providing legal proofs, especially the interrogation of the accused person in the criminal procedure. The thesis is divided into eight parts. The introduction, a theoretical part dealing with the interrogation from the point of view of the law and the criminalistics, perception, communication and interaction in the courtroom from the perspective of the social and forensic psychology, a method of asking questions, the evaluation of the level of the legal regulations and its ammendments, the conclusion, resumé and the list of literature used in the thesis.
