Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je komplexná charakteristika finančných konglomerátov, ich špecifických vlastností a dohľadu. Jednotlivé časti práce postupne opisujú tendencie finančných trhov, ktoré stoja v pozadí vzniku finančných konglomerátov, ich špecifické charakteristiky v závislosti na ich lokalizácií a právnu úpravu v ČR.
