Abstract:
Tato práce byla zaměřena na popis efektů 2,2´,4,4´,5,5´-hexachlórbifenylu (PCB 153) in vitro na buněčný cyklus a apoptózu v buněčné linii WB-F344. Cílem teoretické části bylo shrnout dosavadní poznatky o polychlorovaných bifenylech, jejich vlastnostech a toxicitě. Samostané kapitoly jsou také věnovány regulaci buněčného cyklu a apoptóze. Abstract:
This work was focused on description of effects 2,2´,4,4´,5,5´-hexachlorobiphenyl (PCB 153) on number of cells, cell cycle progression and apoptosis in rat liver epithelial WB-F344 cell line.
