Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou nových postupů a metod ve fyzioterapii, konkrétně Akrální koaktivační terapií a metodou tejpování, resp. kinesio tejpování a to u léčby chronického vertebrogenního algického syndromu lumbosakrální páteře. Tato práce je rozdělena celkem na sedm částí. První částí je úvod, kde jsem odůvodnil výběr svého tématu. Druhou částí je přehled teoretických poznatků, skládající se z části obecné, která pojednává o anatomii a kineziologii lumbosakrální páteře a dále se zabývá kompletní problematikou chronického vertebrogenního algického syndromu lumbosakrální páteře. Ve speciální části teoretických poznatků se pak věnuji metodám tejpování, resp. kinesio tejpování a Akrální koaktivační terapii. Ve třetí části pak definuji cíl a úkoly své práce. Čtvrtá hlavní část se zabývá metodikou, v té jsou obsaženy oba kineziologické rozbory vstupní a výstupní, dále krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán fyzioterapie a prognóza pacientky. Pátá část reprezentuje výsledky, zde se zabývám hlavními rozdíly mezi oběma kineziologickými rozbory. Šestá část je věnována diskuzi, kde shrnuji výsledky své práce a porovnávám je s výsledky prací jiných autorů. Poslední sedmá část je věnována závěru, kde hodnotím dosažení svého cíle a úkolů a praktického přínosu této práce.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis I focus on the new procedures and methods in physiotherapy, specifically on Acral Coactivation Therapy and taping or kinesio taping and using these methods to treat chronic low back pain syndrome. This work is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, where I justify my choice of this topic. The second part is an overview of theoretical knowledge, consisting of a general part, which deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the lumbosacral spine and covers the entire issue of chronic low back pain syndrome. In the special part of theoretical knowledge, I deal with methods of taping or kinesio taping and Acral Coactivation Therapy. In the third part I define the main goal and tasks of my work. The fourth main part deals with the methodology, which contains both kinesiological analysis input and output, as well as short-term and long-term physiotherapeutic plan and prognosis of the patient. The fifth part represents the results, here I deal with the major differences between the two kinesiological analysis. The sixth part is dedicated to the discussion, in which I summarize the results of my work and compare them with the results of other authors. The last seventh part is dedicated to the conclusion, where I evaluate the achievement of my goal and tasks and also the practical benefits of this work.
