Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou outdoor management trainingu. Zkoumá současný stav podnikání v oblasti outdoor management trainingu v České republice. V teoretické části je popsán outdoor management training, rozdělení kurzů a postup pořadatele při jeho pořádání. This thesis deals with outdoor management training issues. It studies current statement of outdoor management training bussiness in the Czech republic. In the theoretical part there outdoor management training, courses sorting and organizer's procedure of course proceeding are described.
