Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce na téma „Vinařská oblast Krym“ je zaměřena na seznámení čtenáře s vinařským a vinohradnickým průmyslem na Krymu. Začátek práce popisuje historie vzniku a rozvoje vinařství a vinohradnictví v tomto regionu, jeho klimatické a geologické podmínky. V hlavní části jsou představeny jednotlivé odrůdy révy vinné V. vinifera, které se pěstují na území Krymského poloostrova, jak světově známé, tak i aborigenní a vyšlechtěné konkrétně v této oblasti. Táto část obsahuje stručný popis každé odrůdy – její ampelografické charakteristiky, odolnost vůči choro-bám, využití ve vinařském průmyslu. Představena a popsána v této práci jsou i vína, která se vyrábějí z těchto odrůd, a technologie jejich výroby v porovnání s evropskými vinařskými regiony. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na představení hlavního fundamentálního vědeckého centra, které se i v současné době zabývá zdokonalením vlastností pěstovaných odrůd, vývojem nových technologií, řešením aktuálních problémů ve vinařském a vinohradnickém průmyslu.

Abstract:

At the beginning, the work describes the history of the origin and development of viticulture and viniculture in this region, its climatic and geological conditions. The main part presents the individual grape varieties V. vinifera, which are grown in the Crimean Peninsula, world-famous and aboriginal and bred specifically in this area. This section contains a brief description of each variety - its ampelographic characteristics, disease resistance, use in the wine industry. The wines that are produced from these varieties and the technology of their production in comparison with European wine regions are also presented and described in this work. The last chapter is focused on the introduction of the main fundamental scientific center, which is working on improving the characteristics of cultivated varieties, developing new technologies, solving current problems in the viticulture and viniculture industries.
