Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci popisuji a poté vytvářím podnikatelský plán na vybudování franšízové pobočky podnikající v oblasti finančních a realitních služeb. V teoretické části, s pomocí odborné literatury seznamuji čtenáře se základními pojmy, které se obecně týkají podnikání, finančního a realitního trhu v ČR, jeho struktury, zmiňuji možnosti vstupu na trh a obecně píšu o franšízovém podnikání a o teorii vypracování podnikatelského plánu.V praktické části je zpracován vlastní návrh podnikatelského plánu na otevření a provoz franšízové kamenné pobočky OK POINT. Na základě expertního dotazování úspěšných podnikatelů tohoto franšízového konceptu zde vytvářím kompletní podnikatelský plán včetně marketingového a finančního plánu. Zaměřuji se zejména na sumarizaci potřebných nákladů a jednotlivé kroky před startem franšízového podnikání.Z mého výzkumu vyplývá, že tento koncept podnikání má velký potenciál a pro osoby se zkušeností v oboru může být franšízový model jednodušší než ostatní možnosti vstupu na trh.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis I describe and then create a business plan for building a franchise branch doing business in the field of financial services and real estate.In the theoretical part, with the help of professional literature, I acquaint readers with basic concepts that generally relate to business, financial and real estate market in the Czech Republic, its structure, mention market entry opportunities and generally write about franchise business and the theory of business plan development.In the practical part, the draft business plan for the opening of the OK POINT franchise stone branch is prepared. Based on interviews with successful entrepreneurs of this franchise concept, I create a complete business plan here, including a marketing and financial plan. I focus mainly on summarizing the necessary costs and individual steps before starting a franchise business.My research shows that this business concept has great potential and for people with experience in the field, the franchise model may be easier for entering the market, than other market options.
