Comparison of motor performance and training schedule of two women soccer teams
Abstract:
V naší diplomové práci porovnáváme motorickou výkonnost u dvou fotbalových týmů žen ve stejné soutěžní kategorii a také provádíme analýzu tréninkových plánů. Dále se věnujeme historii fotbalu, charakterizujeme motorické schopnosti, dovednosti a tréninková období.
Abstract:
In our diploma paper we are comparing motor performance and training schedule of two women soccer teams playing in the same competition. Also we are looking at history of soccer, we describe motor abilities, skills and training periods.
