Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je integrace zdravotně postižených do pracovního procesu v rámci sociální služby Sociálně terapeutické dílny Arkadie. Práce je systematicky členěná. Nejprve je pozornost věnována organizaci Arkádie, službě Sociálně terapeutické dílny Arkadie, projektu Aktion Mensch a také legislativě, řešící problematiku zdravotně postižených osob na trhu práce. Tento teoretický přehled má za cíl uvedení do problematiky a nastínění zkoumaného jevu. Cílem práce je analyzovat překonání snížení pracovních schopností uživatelů, které jsou způsobeny jejich zdravotním postižením a integraci do pracovního procesu v rámci výše uvedené sociální služby. Pro splnění tohoto cíle byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum s asistentkami pro osoby se zdravotním postižením zaměstnanými v Sociálně terapeutických dílnách a s uživateli této služby. Metodou výzkumného šetření byly zvoleny polostrukturované rozhovory. Otázky v rozhovorech byly zaměřeny na několik oblastí. A to na: vzdělání asistentek a jejich dobu působení v zařízení, náplň jejich práce, režim a vykonávané činnosti v zařízení, aplikované metody, spolupráci s rodinou, praxe, možnosti uplatnění uživatelů, pozitiva a negativa integrace osob se zdravotním postižením do pracovního procesu a cíle uživatelů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků lze konstatovat, že i přes některé zjištěné nedostatky, probíhá integrace v Sociálně terapeutických dílnách Arkadie vcelku úspěšně a většina uživatelů intenzivně pracuje na překonání snížení pracovních schopností, které jsou způsobeny jejich zdravotním postižením a na dosažení úspěšné integrace do pracovního procesu.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the integration of disabled people into the work process within the Social Services Social therapeutic workshops Arcadia. The work is systematically divided. First, attention is paid to the organization of Arcadia, social services therapeutic workshops Arcadia, Aktion Mensch project and legislation addressing the issue of people with disabilities in the labor market. This theoretical review aims to introduce the problem and outline the examined phenomenon. The aim is to analyze overcome reduced working capacity of users that are caused by their disability and employment integration within the above-mentioned social services. To meet this objective, qualitative research was performed with an assistant for people with disabilities employed in the social therapeutic workshops as a user of this service. Methods of investigation were selected interviews. The questions in the interviews were focused on several areas. And this on: education assistants and their time spent in the facility, their job description, function, and activities performed in the facility, applied methods, cooperation with family practice, possibilities of users, pros and cons of integrating people with disabilities into the workforce and objectives users. Based on the results we can say that despite some shortcomings, being integrated in the social therapeutic workshops Arcadia quite successful and most users are working hard to overcome the reduced working capacity, that are caused by their disability and to achieve successful integration into the workforce.
