Financial stability and productivity of a company from the perspective of modern methods of performance evaluation

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením a posouzením výkonnosti a stability podniku pomocí tradičních a moderních metod v letech 2015-2017. Teoretická část se věnuje pramenům informací v podniku, finanční analýze a nástrojům pro hodnocení výkonnosti a stability ve společnosti. Praktická část dané práce se zabývá implementací informací uvedených v teoretické části na vybraný podnik ve sféře hotelnictví. Jsou zjištěny ukazatele pro hodnocení finanční a majetkové struktury a pomocí poměrových ukazatelů hodnocení dosažené úrovně výkonnosti. Práce je ukončená vyhodnocením dosažených výsledků a následným porovnáním se stanovenými hypotézami.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation and assessment of productivity and stability of the company using traditional and modern methods during the period 2015-2017. The theoretical part focuses on sources of information in the company, financial analysis and instruments for evaluation of productivity and stability in the company. The practical part of the thesis deals with the implementation of the information presented in the theoretical part of the chosen company in hotel industry. Indicators for the financial and property structure are identified, using benchmarking indicators to assess the achieved level of performance. The thesis is completed by evaluating the achieved results and then comparing them with the established hypotheses.
