Předkládaná bakalářské práce má za cíl návrh zefektivnění pravidelného firemního školení jeřábník, vazač břemen. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje základním pojmům vzdělávání dospělých. Na podkladech teoretické části byla vytvořena část praktická. Praktická část obsahuje popis celkového systému a způsobu vzdělávání ve stavební firmě, ve které je rovněž prováděno šetření. Bachelor thesis aims to propose a transformation of crane drivers‘ training to make it more efficient.
