Abstract:
Diplomová práce s názvem Česká národní banka a její vztah k bankám obchodním primárně pojednává o institutu bankovní regulace a dohledu. Krom tohoto institutu práce popisuje také ostatní funkce České národní banky a jednotlivá pravidla a povinnosti jimiž se musí řídit obchodní banky. V neposlední řadě se tato diplomová práce zabývá Basilejským výborem a jeho vlivem na českou bankovní sféru.
Abstract:
The main focus of the thesis titled The Czech National Bank and Its Relationship to Commercial Banks is on banking regulation and supervision. In addition to this institute, the thesis also describes other functions of the Czech National Bank and individual rules and duties that commercial banks must observe.
