Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Audit majetku u podnikatelských subjektů“ je analyzovat metody, které jsou vymezeny zákonem o auditorech a mezinárodními auditorskými standardy přijatými Českou komorou auditorů, a tyto aplikovat na vybranou společnost. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí a závěru shrnujícího výsledky práce. První část obsahuje vhled do oblasti auditu v obecné rovině, ve druhé části vymezuji teoretické poznatky o technologii auditu získané z dostupných zdrojů, jenž jsou následně využity ke zpracování třetí části, kde jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní společnost podnikající v automobilovém průmyslu.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis “Audit of property for business” is to analyze methods which are determined by the law and International auditing standards accepted by the Chamber of auditors of the Czech Republic and these apply to a chosen company. The thesis consists of three parts and a conclusion summarizing the results. In the first part I focus on auditing from a general point of view. In the second part the theoretical principles of auditing technology are determined from relevant resources and then are used in the third part where these principles are applied to a company operating in the automotive industry.
