Práce popisuje aplikaci Modelu excellence EFQM a plnění těchto požadavků v dané organizaci. Součástí práce je analýza plnění kritérií, jejich vyhodnocení, identifikace silných stránek a příležitostí ke zlepšení.
Abstract:
The work describes the application of the EFQM Excellence Model and the implementation of these requirements in the organization. Part of this work is to analyze the performance criteria of evaluation, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.
