Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací úvěrových produktů vztahujících se na vozidla od bankovních a nebankovních společností na trhu v České republice. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoreticko – metodologická a aplikační. V teoretické části se zabývám pořizováním osobních automobilů z vlastních a cizích zdrojů, porovnáním výhodnosti leasingového a úvěrového financování a rozdílem na trhu v České republice a v zahraničí. V aplikační části je vybráno celkem dvanáct finančních institucí. U každé z nich jsou spočítány celkové náklady na pořízení osobního automobilu. Jelikož klient využívá daňového paušálu, výše odpisů i daňové úspory nejsou brány v potaz. V aplikační části byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky, jejichž zodpovězení probíhalo na základě kvalitativního výzkumu (osobního dotazování a hloubkových rozhovorů). Komparace mezi finančními institucemi je provedena pouze na základě celkových nákladů na pořízení osobních automobilů a administrativní náročnosti spojené s žádostí o úvěr. Práce zhodnotila nabídku 12 subjektů v ČR v otázce financování auta pro účely podnikání. S překvapením byla shledána nižší administrativní náročnost leasingových firem. Úroveň administrativní náročnosti má pro finální rozhodnutí menší význam. Na závěr bude optimální produkt doporučen klientovi.

Abstract:

Abstract this bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of credit products relating to vehicles from banking and non-banking companies on the market in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of two parts – theoretic - and practical. The theoretical part deals with the acquisition of passenger cars from own and foreign sources comparing the advantages of leasing and credit financing and the difference in the market in the Czech Republic and abroad. A total of twelve financial institutions are selected in the application part. For each of they calculate the total cost of a car. As the client uses the flat rate, the amount of depreciation and tax savings are not taken into accounting. Three research questions have been set out in the application part, based on qualitative research (personal questioning and in-depth interviews). Comparison between financial institutions is performed only on the basis of the total cost of the acquisition of passenger cars and the administrative complexity associated with it loan applications. The bachelor thesis evaluated the offer of 12 entities in the Czech Republic in terms of car financing for business purposes. For suprissed, the lower administrative burden of leasing companies was found. The level of administrative burden is of minor importance for the final decision. In conclusion, the optimal product will be recommended to the client.
