Abstract:
In this work CGH from smaller amounts of DNA has to be optimized. The practical part of this work was to find the best protocol of whole-genome amplification for CGH from smaller amount of DNA, labeling of the probe for CGH, getting the CGH profiles from variable amounts of DNA and comparing them with standard CGH.
