Koronární restenóza zůstává jednou ze zásadních limitací léčby ischemické choroby srdeční metodou perkutánní koronární intervence (PCI). Coronary restenosis remains one of the main limitation of coronary artery disease treatment by percutaneous coronary intervention. Coronary restenosis has many factors and the inflammation reaction after vascular damage playes the key role.
