Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou obchodování s lidmi a kuplířstvím. Teoretická část je zaměřena na legislativní vymezení těchto trestných činů a na specifika jejich skutkových podstat. Praktická část je vedena formou mapovacího průzkumu v oblasti pracovního vykořisťování.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of human trafficking and pimping. The theoretical part is focused on the legislative definition of these crimes and the specifics of their facts. The practical part is conducted in the form of a mapping survey in the field of labor exploitation.
