Cílem práce bylo posoudit vývoj hemodynamických parametrů u skupiny sledovaných mužů s chronickým srdečním selháním po třech měsících od implantace biventrikulárního stimulačního systému. Do studie bylo zařazeno 22 mužů průměrného věku 57 ± 10,6 roku. Před a po implantaci biventrikulárního stimulátoru bylo provedeno spiroergometrické vyšetření do symptomy limitovaného maxima. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to evaluace the evolution of hemodynamic parameters in a group of monitored men with chronic heart failure after three months of biventricular pacing. 22 men of average age 57 ± 10,6 years were submitted to the study.
