Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sociální determinanty justiční praxe u okresních soudů s podrobným zaměřením na jejich vznik, průběh i příčinu vzniku. Cílem je popsat a spojit právní pojetí problematiky řízení projednávaných u obecných soudů se sociálním dopadem do života účastníků řízení se začleněním tématu do kontextu sociální pedagogiky. The thesis is focused on the social determinants of judicial practice in district courts with a detailed focus on their origin, course and cause of origin.
