A design of the GIS application based on Spatialite dbms
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement GIS for small municipality in Czech Republic. Publicly available application based on web platform uses SpatiaLite – spatial extension for SQLite database, as storage of spatial and non-spatial data. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnutí a implementace GIS pro malou obec v ČR. Veřejně dostupná aplikace na webové platformě využívá jako datové úložiště SpatiaLite – prostorovou nadstavbu databáze SQLite. Pomocí PHP skriptů komunikuje databáze s prezentační vrstvou, reprezentovanou OpenLayers API. Interaktivita mapy je zabezpečena pomocí JavaScript a jQuery skriptů.
