Immediate and Unrepeatable Acts in Preliminary Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá institutem neodkladných a neopakovatelných úkonů v přípravném řízení trestním v rámci jeho jednotlivých fází. Reflektuje i význam neodkladných a neopakovatelných úkonů v hlavním líčení. Zahrnuje historický vývoj v dané oblasti, analýzu české právní úpravy i příslušnou judikaturu. V závěru jsou předloženy návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the institute of immediate and unrepeatable acts in preliminary criminal proceedings, within the frame of its particular stadiums. It reflects also the importace of immediate and unrepeatable acts in main proceeding.
