Oblasť ekonómie je veľmi širokospektrálna téma, preto ťažisko práce je hlavne na postavení podnikateľa jeho založení a jeho možnými situáciami. Práca bližšie a obšírne definuje základné pojmy z oblasti ekonómie, práva a podnikateľského prostredia. V menšom rozsahu práva podnikateľov, vo väčšom rozsahu ekonómiu v podnikaní.
