Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo rozebrat zákon o platebním styku, přesněji odpovědnost poskytovatele platebních služeb a konkrétně neautorizovanou platební transakci. Zamyslela jsem se nad užitečností nově přijatých ustanovení v §115 a §116. Ve své práci jsem dospěla k závěru, že výše zmíněné paragrafy jsou nezbytné, nicméně stále vyvolávají otázky a nejasnosti. The aim of my bachelor thesis was analysis of the system of payment act, with focus on the responsibility of the provider of payment services and from that especially unauthorized financial transaction. In this bachelor thesis I have contemplated the usefulness of the newly enacted sections 115 and 116.
