The Runes – Their Meaning, Art Historical Validity and Role in Life of Teutonic Tribes
Abstract:
In my Bachelor Thesis is going to be firstly presented the historical and mythical background of the Ancient Germanic tribes for the better understanding of the runes´ origin. Further, I am dedicated with the interpretation of individual runes, their exploitation and their later misuse.
Abstract:
Vo svojej bakalárskej práci najskôr uvádzam historické a mýtické pozadie starých Germánov pre lepšie pochopenie pôvodu rún. Ďalej sa venujem výkladu jednotlivých rún, ich využívaniu a neskoršiemu zneužitiu.
