Cílem této práce tak bude analyticky zhodnotit a kriticky rozebrat jednotlivá specifika, která se vyskytují v odvolacím řízení v rámci řízení o přestupcích.

This thesis deals with appeal, which is one of the proper remedy appeal. This thesis deals also with specific principles of which are typical of the remedial proceedings in minor offence proceedings.
