Design of Hydraulic Device of a Press for Cutting Processes

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá hydraulickými mechanismy a jejich využitím v lisovací technice určené pro střižné operace. První část práce je teoretická a věnuje se rešerši na téma hydraulické obvody, základní prvky hydraulických obvodů a pracovní kapaliny. Praktická část se nejprve věnuje uvedení referenčního příkladu střižné operace a stanovení potřebné síly lisu k jejímu vykonání. V dalších krocích jsou navrženy jednotlivé komponenty hydraulického pohonu lisu včetně kontroly pístnice na vzpěr. Dále je ověřena funkčnost obvodu, tzn. schopnost obvodu vyvinout dostatečný tlak nepřesahující spolu s veškerými tlakovými ztrátami hodnotu nominálního tlaku. Na závěr je uvedeno základní zapojení obvodu splňující kritéria zadání a toto je posléze dále vylepšeno za účelem zvýšení univerzality pohonu a stroje, pro který je určen.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with hydraulic mechanisms and their use in pressing technology intended for shearing operations. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and is devoted to research on the topic of hydraulic circuits, basic elements of hydraulic circuits and hydraulic fluids. The practical part is first devoted to presenting a reference example of shearing operation and determining the necessary force of the press to perform it. In the next steps, the individual components of the hydralic drive of the press are designed, including the check of the piston rod for buckling. Furthermore, the functionality of the circuit is verified, i.e. the ability of the circuit to develop a sufficient pressure not exceeding the value of the nominal pressure together with all pressure loses. At the end, the basic circuit meeting the criteria of the assignment is presented and this is then further improved in order to increase the universality of the drive and the machine it is intended for.
