Conceptualization of legislation in Jeremy Waldron's theory
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na konceptualizaci zákonodárství v teorii Jeremyho Waldrona. Jejím cílem je představit některé základní Waldronovy myšlenky v této oblasti. Nejprve práce popisuje Waldrona jako politického a právního filosofa. Pak se věnuje na samotné koncepci zákonodárného sboru a zákonodárství. Nakonec se zaměřuje na soudní přezkum právních aktů zákonodárného sboru.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the conceptualization of legislation in Jeremy Waldron’s theory. Its aim is to present some basic Waldron’s ideas in this area. At first, the thesis describes Waldron as a political and legal philosopher. Then it deals with the conception of legislature and legislation. Finally, it focuses on the judicial review of legislation.
