Analysis of the development of payment of pension insurance in Ústecký region.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výplaty dávek důchodového pojištění v Ústeckém kraji. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj a aktuální situaci výplaty dávek důchodového pojištění v Ústeckém kraji pomocí analýzy dat. Na začátku práce je stručně popsán systém sociálního zabezpečení. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsáno fungování důchodového zabezpečení v ČR. Je zde rozdělení na jednotlivé typy důchodů a každý typ je podrobně popsán a vysvětlen. V praktické části práce nalezneme analýzu všech čtyř typů důchodů. U starobních a invalidních důchodů je analyzován vývoj průměrné měsíční výše důchodů, vývoj počtu příjemců důchodů a také vývoj výdajů na jednotlivé typy důchodů, a to vždy za celou Českou republiku a za samotný Ústecký kraj a tyto údaje jsou i vzájemně porovnávány. Data jsou zkoumána vždy odděleně za muže a ženy. V případě pozůstalostních důchodů je analyzován vývoj průměrné měsíční výše a vývoj výdajů na tyto důchody. Zajímavostí je porovnání vývoje průměrného měsíčního starobního důchodu s vývojem cen vybraného spotřebního koše.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the development of the payment of pension insurance in the Ústí region. The aim is to evaluate the development and current situation of payment of pension insurance in the Ústí region using data analysis. At the beginning of the work the social security system is briefly described. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the functioning of the pension scheme in the Czech Republic. There are distinctions between different types of pensions and each type is explained in detail. In the practical part of my work is the analysis of all four types of pensions. An analysis of average monthly income, the development of pension beneficiaries and expenditure on the different types of pensions, both for the entire Czech Republic and the Ústí Region itself, are compared with each other for old-age and disability pensions. Data is investigated separately for men and women. In the case of survivors' pensions average monthly evolution and development expenditure on these pensions is analyzed. It is interesting to compare the development of the average monthly retirement pension with the evolution of prices of selected consumer basket.
