Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou interného procesu v modelovacom nástroji WebSphere Business Modeler. Cieľom práce je vytvorenie procesných diagramov a následná simulácia a optimalizácia vybraného procesu pre transfer pracovných miest v rámci spoločnosti IBM.
Abstract:
Master's thesis concerns with Internal Service-transfer process analysis and modeling in WebSphere Business Modeler. The main objective is to create a functional process model and focus on simulation and optimization of internal workload process used by IBM for transferring the workload into Delivery Centers.
