The diploma thesis is focused on to find characteristics and impacts of discrimination against homosexuals at school. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part defines the main concepts which are related to the topics of homosexuality and discrimination. The empirical part deals with the results of the research of this thesis.
